Yes. You can stop the automatic renewal of your subscription at any time from your account settings. This is not an immediate cancellation — your access and credits continue until the end of your current billing period. You can also change or upgrade your plan anytime.

When your subscription ends, you’ll simply return to the free plan — all your images stay safe in your account. You can continue generating public images for free with the basic model, and start creating private images again whenever you resubscribe.

Credits included in your subscription do not roll over — each month refreshes your balance. Top-up credits have a validity period shown on the plan when you purchase them, after which any unused amount expires. Top-up credits are available to active subscribers only.

Yes, you can upgrade to a higher tier plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll immediately move to the new plan, and any remaining credits from your current plan carry over and stay valid through your new plan's billing period. Downgrading is not available at this time.

As a general rule, purchases of digital and virtual products are non-refundable. You can stop your subscription from renewing at any time. If you have a refund request or billing issue, please email us at [email protected].
